At Alpenhaus Market, we carefully curate one-of-a-kind vintage treasures and handcrafted artisan goods. Because many of our items are unique and cannot be replaced, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@alpenhausmarket.com. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.
