Each order is carefully packed by hand from our boutique in New Glarus, Wisconsin. We take great care in packaging our curated vintage and artisan goods to ensure they arrive safely.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–8 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping option selected.

Local Pickup

We are happy to offer free local pickup at Alpenhaus Market in New Glarus, Wisconsin. You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once your package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@alpenhausmarket.com. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
